Pricing

You’re already paying for four tools. Cairn is one.

A pentest firm stitches together a CRM, a proposal and e-signature tool, a reporting platform, and a client portal. Cairn does all four on one record, at a price we publish. No “contact sales” wall to find out what it costs.

The math

What a five-person firm pays today.

Here is the stack most firms run, side by side with Cairn. The reporting tool alone runs $149 a seat, the same as all of Cairn. The CRM, the e-signature tool, and the portal are extra on top of that.

The stitched stack
  • Reporting and retestse.g. Dradis Remediate, 5 seats~$745/mo
  • CRM and pre-salese.g. Pipedrive, 3 sales seats~$120/mo
  • Proposals and e-signaturee.g. PandaDoc, 3 seats~$150/mo
  • Client portalbolt-on or custom~$100/mo
Four tools, four contracts~$1,115/mo

Four subscriptions on three different seat counts, no shared data. Every tester you add is another reporting seat; every sales hire, another CRM and e-sign seat.

vs
Cairn Team, 5 seats
  • CRM, pipeline and pre-salesIncluded
  • Proposals, SoW, e-signature and NDAIncluded
  • Findings, library and reportingIncluded
  • Branded client portalIncluded
One platform, one record$745/mo

5 seats × $149, billed annually. Everything on the left, one bill, about $4,400 a year less.

Approximate list prices for a typical five-person firm, and the gap only widens as you grow: the stack scales by four subscriptions per seat, Cairn by one. Standardize on an enterprise reporting suite like PlexTrac instead and you are quote-gated at an estimated $1,500 to $2,750 a month, for a narrower product that stops at the report.

FAQ

Pricing questions.

What counts as a seat?

Anyone on your team who logs in to do the work: testers, reviewers, project leads. Your clients using the portal are never seats. Portal users are unlimited on every tier.

Is it actually cheaper than the tools I already run?

For most firms, yes. A single Team seat at $149 stands in for a reporting seat, a CRM seat, a proposal / e-signature seat, and the client portal that usually costs extra. The line-item math for a five-person firm is above.

Can I move between cloud and on-prem later?

Yes, it is the same product either way. Start on cloud and move on-prem when a client’s security policy requires it, or the reverse. Your data, templates, and findings come with you.

What does on-prem cost?

A per-organization annual license from $30,000, sized to your team and deployment. We publish the floor so you know the number before you talk to us, rather than gating it behind a quote.

Is AI drafting included?

From the Team tier up. On-prem runs local models via Ollama, so there is no per-token cloud cost and nothing leaves your network.

Monthly or annual?

The prices shown are billed annually. Month-to-month is available at about 20 percent more, cancel any time.
